Party trays are perfect if you are looking for a no hassle way to feed tens or hundreds of people at the best price. We will work with you to estimate the appropriate amount of BBQ to meet your needs. The food will be prepared when you need it and packed into aluminum pans ready for pick up or delivery.

The Big Mook Experience
Want the full Big Mook competition BBQ experience, then these packages are for you! We bring the party to you. We will roll in with our smoker (Lang 60 deluxe) and do the smoking onsight. The food will be served right off the smoker. Packages include a buffet setup with chafing dishes, serving trays and platters, serving tongs and spoons, plates, napkins and utensils (high quality disposable plates and utensils). In addition to being a great conversation piece, the onsite smoker also allows the food to be served hot and fresh. We can handle groups as large as 400 (depending on menu choices). Minimum guest for the Big Mook’s Experience is 25 people or $250 minimum food charges. Electric and water hookup required.
